The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a new device called "compactor" used for concentrating waste at a municipal landfill. 2. Required parameters of the device 2.1. Operating scale, including ROPS/FOPS cab enclosed compactor, metal rollers, 3-in-1 bucket, all oils and greases, and operator - min. 38,000 kg. 2.2. Maximum crushing force — not less than 185 kN. 2.3. Engine: 2.3.1. six cylinders in the line, water-cooled, turbocharged and, after cooling, four-stroke compression-ignition engine; 2.3.2. meeting the minimum EU Stage V exhaust emissions; 2.3.3. Rated engine power: min. 399 kW at 2100 rpm; 2.3.4. with a capacity of: min. 15 liters. 2.4. Drive train: 2.4.1. closed-loop hydrostatic transmission; 2.4.2. Axial variable displacement piston pump. 2.5. 3-in-1 bucket designed for landfills of municipal waste with a capacity of 3 m3. 2.6. Rollers: two pieces with diameter (with crushing feet) min. 1620 mm, front roller width min. 2600 mm, rear min. 3750 mm. 2.7. Frame: 2.7.1. fully protected frame structure to prevent lifting waste from entering the running gear of the machinery; 2.7.2. upper frame fitted with a centrally located articulated steering system controlled by two hydraulic cylinders; 2.7.3. Equipped with elements to prevent waste from entering the blade lift/lower cylinder chambers; 2.7.4. equipped with wire-rippers front/rear (min. two pieces per running element) as well as with scraper bars. 2.8. Cab: 2.8.1. ROPS/FOPS according to ISO 3471:2008 / ISO 3449:2005; 2.8.2. color LCD display with indicators for monitoring the following parameters: engine oil strait and temperature, engine coolant temperature, hydraulic oil temperature, transmission oil temperature, fuel level, AdBlue level, battery / charging voltage, operating hours; 2.8.3. preferably controlled by throttle, steering wheel and blade joystick; 2.8.4. an adjustable operator's seat with air suspension, fitted with a head restraint, heating and safety switch; 2.8.5. heating and air-conditioning with replaceable cabin air filters according to EUROVENT; 2.8.6. windscreen wipers and washers; 2.8.7. lighting consisting of front and rear lamps; 2.8.8. Other equipment: right emergency exit door, rear-view mirror, lockable door, radio, CD/MP-3 player, mobile phone charging socket, exterior rear-view mirrors. 2.9. Machine control and diagnostics: 2.9.1. decentralised electronic total control system, one display in the cab showing all machine control data and alarm log; 2.9.2. remote connection to the machine via the Internet. 2.10. Optional equipment: reversing camera, heated mirrors, fuel pump, central lubrication.
