The object of the procurement is the interior and furniture design of properties managed by the City of Porvoo's Business Premises Services as well as the interior design and furniture design of new construction sites. The destinations are school. kindergarten and office sites. The size and content of assignments vary from small individual tasks to larger task packages.
The acquisition is divided into subdivisions so that the offer can be submitted only to another subdivision, not both:
1. Widespread mandates
-e.g. New temporary facilities
2. Individual assignments
-e.g. Furniture changes in a single space
The Client shall select three (3) suppliers for sub-area 1, if a sufficient number of acceptable tenders are received, and for sub-area 2, all tenderers who have submitted an acceptable tender shall be selected.
The design follows Interior Design Task List SIS12 (RT 10—11192) where applicable.
