Due to varying load and work hours, it is necessary to have the use of extra personnel. The primary need will be for personnel in normal working hours, but there may also arise need for other times. There may be a need for up to 5 persons at times.

The Waste-to-Energy Agency will enter into contract with up to 2 tenderers.
