The procurement concerns travel agency services to Visit Sweden.

The purpose of the procurement is to be able to call off Travel Agency Services in a simple and efficient way, in order to generate time and cost savings.?

Contracting organization is V.S. VisitSweden AB (org. 556500-7621).

An agreement is signed with one (1) supplier for the performance of the assignment.

A framework agreement is signed with a supplier comprising a contract period of two (2) years with the possibility of extension with a maximum contract period of four (4) years.

The agreement is subject to a ceiling value of SEK 30 million. Visit Sweden guarantees no volumes.

The procurement is carried out according to the Open Procedure and will be evaluated according to the best price-quality ratio according to a value-added model.

Visit Sweden conducts operations in accordance with the assignment assigned to Visit Sweden by the Swedish state through the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation.
