Delivery of a minimum quantity of 4200 tons of asphalt concrete for wear layers, 300 asphalt concrete for binding layers and 100 tons for red wear layers by collecting the ordering party from the Contractor's factory by cars - on an ongoing basis according to the needs.

Right of option: Pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right consisting in increasing the minimum guaranteed scope of the contract, i.e. the amount of asphalt concrete for wear layers as part of the contract. The largest possible scope of the contract taking into account the right of option is 5200 tons
