This consultation concerns the award of a framework agreement on the supply, implementation and maintenance of a SAAS collaborative platform allowing the exchange of “Service Providers” data relating to their technical maintenance interventions on the contracting authority's real estate assets. Contractor designates the companies with which he has concluded a contract relating to the routine maintenance of his assets and covering both preventive and curative interventions.These services are carried out on the basis of: - Maintenance contracts (preventive and curative interventions), - Order forms (punctual curative interventions) . This framework agreement covers: - The supply and implementation of the solution, - The training of the contracting authority's referents, - The connection of service providers to the platform, - The maintenance of the solution over the duration of the contract, - The hosting of the solution in SAAS mode.
