DNK has high requirements for operational security in general, but the project will also evaluate if there is a need for higher requirements in certain periods, e.g. in connection with crises situations.

Performance measurement.

— New structure (interaction design and information architecture),

— Establishment of interactive services and tool for interaction within the framework of the technical system,

— Plan for evaluation, maintenance and further development of the service,

— Analysis of possibilities for adaptation of content for mobile units.

*Description of the procurement.

Services shall be provided within the following areas:

— Services related to the adaptation and development of the system including the development of interaction design and graphical design,

— Training in the use of the new system,

— Delivery of operational services for dinkom.no,

— Continuous delivery of development, management, operational services, preparedness and any consultancy.

The delivery shall be carried out by a combination of consultancy, information design and interaction design, development of templates and client programming as well as the set up of a system and development of other functionality in cooperation with the awarding authority’s own resources.

The chosen service provider must be able to provide all the services included in the assignment.
