1. The subject of this contract is the successive supply of office supplies and small office equipment to the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences

3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantity of the subject of the contract specified as to the type in Annex 2 to the contract, as well as the restriction of the subject of the contract, due to the needs which it is unable to provide at the time of the conclusion of this Agreement

4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the subject of the order specified as to the type in the Assortment and Price Form, within the limits of the contractual remuneration referred to in § 2 section 1 of the Draft Contract (Annex No. 7 to the SWZ), as well as the possibility of not using the subject of the contract in terms of quantity and value, but not exceeding 30% of the value of the remuneration specified in § 2 section 1 of the Draft Contract. In such a case, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for non-use by the Ordering Party of the subject of the contract in the full quantity or value range, subject to § 9 section 2 of the Draft Contract and Chapter XXVIII of this SWZ

5. Delivery will be made to the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences of Warsaw University of Technology, Koszykowa Street 75, 00-662 Warsaw based on a written order drawn up by the Ordering Party, which will be transmitted by email.
