The subject of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste from property owners in the territory of the city of Radzyń Podlaski, organizing, equipping and running the Selective Collective of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) on the territory to which the contractor holds legal title, including the program IT for the operation of the PSZOK, the operation of the Point of Used Things, organizing and operating in the city of the Customer Service Office adapted to the service of the disabled, and the reception and development of municipal waste from real estate in the Board of the City of Radzyń Podchicks.

The subject of the Order is:

1) receiving municipal waste in the territory of the City of Radzyń Podlaski from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside;

2) organizing, equipping and running the Municipal Waste Selective Collective Point on the territory of the city of Radzyń Podlaski, including:

(a) equipment with the necessary containers/containers,

(b) the operation of the point, including keeping records of the amount of waste received in the IT programme,

c) the operation of the Point of Exchange of Things Used (the Rules of Procedure of the Point is annexed 1 to the resolution of the Radzyń Podlaski City Council on determining the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of such waste in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner);

3) issuing bags to residents for selectively collected waste;

4) transport of collected municipal waste and waste collected by the Selective Recovery Point of Municipal Waste to the Municipal Waste Management Plant Adamki Sp. z o. o., and the waste recovery and disposal plant;

5) organize and conduct on the territory of the city of Radzyń Podlaski Customer Service Office, adapted to the service of people with disabilities.

The town of Radzyń Podlaski has a population of approximately 12,220. Estimated number of single-family buildings is 2,700, multi-family buildings 88. Type of waste and estimated quantity:

1) paper - 210 Mg, 2) glass- 250 Mg, 3) metals and plastics - 420 Mg, 4) biodegradable waste - 2000 Mg, 5) ash - 330 Mg, 6) other waste collected selectively - 900 Mg, 7) large-size waste - 150 Mg, 8) commodity waste unal harvested on PSZOK-u - 500 Mg, 9) unsegregated waste - 150 Mg.

The subject of the Order is:

1) receiving waste from street baskets;

2) receiving waste from the city market;

3) Receiving waste from the Palace and Park Complex;

4) receiving waste from the Radzyń Podlaski City Office;

5) receiving waste from the municipal building at 2 Army Krajowa Street;

6) receiving waste from the base of the City Office at 3 Park Street;

7) receiving waste from the cleaning of the city;

8) receiving waste from wild garbage dumps;

9) transport and management of waste in the Municipal Installation or disposal facility.
