Design and construction of technical facilities named "Construction and equipment of technical facilities for servicing the railway rolling stock of Lesser Poland at the Kraków Towarowy railway station.

The contract includes the design and construction of technical facilities (inspection and repair hall, equipment, rolling stock car wash, warehouse, social facilities, workshop, as well as the necessary infrastructure and land development at the Krakow Towarowy station. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the document entitled 'functional and utility program ".

The contract includes the design and construction of technical facilities:

1. Scope of design works:

a) development of a multi-branch construction project together with a land development project as well as inventory of greenery and felling in the required scope,

b) developing a geotechnical expertise along with performing geological surveys of the soil,

c) preparation of other documentation required to obtain a building permit,

d) preparation of multi-branch executive documentation,

e) obtaining all necessary arrangements, opinions, administrative or technical decisions necessary to obtain a building permit and to properly carry out the works,

f) preparation of relevant formal and legal documents and obtaining building permits on their behalf and building permit decisions, as well as certificates of release to service,

g) preparation of project documentation in accordance with current and applicable building standards and the concept of universal design,

h) preparation of project documentation using pro-environmental solutions falling at least in one of the following categories:

- the use of technological solutions that reduce the consumption of natural resources (e.g. blast furnace slag used to construct the lower structural layers, strengthening the subsoil, the use of solutions that reduce the consumption of water and detergents),

- the use of solutions using renewable energy sources (e.g. photovoltaic modules supplying heat),

- other solutions contributing to the protection and improvement of the quality of the environment;

i) author's supervision over the implementation of task II.

2. The scope of construction works:

a) construction of a repair hall with an office and social part as well as a workshop and warehouse, as well as a car wash, the hall building in the social part is to be two-storey,

b) equipping the back-up building with devices and installations: water supply, sanitary, rainwater and technological sewage system, vacuum installation, central heating with a boiler room / heat substation, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning of office rooms, technological installations - compressed air, de-icing and sanding, air curtains automatic opening and closing of entrance gates to the hall, teletechnical installations, multimedia presentation, power - lighting and lighting,

c) stations for emptying the toilet and launching tanks, de-icing warehouses, sanding warehouses (alternatively a vehicle),

d) construction of an industrial sewage treatment plant in the immediate vicinity of the car wash. Sewage treatment plant capacity - 5 dm³ / s,

e) construction of MV and LV power grids and connections: power supply for non-traction devices, power supply for the traction network, electric power supply for turnouts (eor), track lighting, switches, access roads, power supply equipment on parking tracks, heating stations for parking and parking tracks, installation for switching traction disconnectors connected with rolling stock to the hall,

f) construction, reconstruction and demolition of the track system,

g) construction and reconstruction of the rail traffic control network,

h) construction and reconstruction of sanitary networks and installations, telecommunications networks,

i) construction of a fire protection tank,

j) construction and reconstruction of the internal road system together with the construction of drainage and the construction of parking spaces at the internal road system, construction of concrete cube pavements,

k) geological and geodetic services for the investment, including as-built documentation,

l) preparation of as-built documentation,

ł) development of an energy performance certificate,

m) developing fire safety instructions,

n) obtaining occupancy permit, siding safety certificate,

o) tests of installation systems, start-ups, instructions, training.
