1. The subject of the contract is the supply of accommodation equipment:

• Wardrobe (WP2-34), in the amount of 660 pcs.;

• Soldier's bedside cabinet - metal, in the amount of 560 pcs.;

• Storage rack - metal, in the amount of 165 pcs.;

• Standing hanger - metal, in the amount of 260 pcs.;

• Common room table, in the amount of 450 pcs.;

• Gun rack, in the amount of 155 pcs.;

• Barracks stool on a metal base WP2-30, in the amount of 1,000 pcs.;

The subject matter of the order is described in Annex 2 to SWZ.

2. Place of the contract: Białystok, Suwałki, Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmiński, Lipowiec, Giżycko, Gołdap, Węgorzewo, Orzysz, Elbląg, Braniewo, Bartoszyce, Morąg.

3. The Contractor shall guarantee the goods delivered for a period of: minimum 24 — maximum 36 months from the date of delivery.

4. Required deadline for the performance of the contract with obtaining a material effect: 70 days from the date of signing the contract.
