1. The subject of the contract is the successive provision of periodic maintenance and repair services for military motor vehicles; airport equipment and chassis of special vehicles - firefighting for the needs of the 41. School Aviation Base in Dęblin and units on supply. Services must be provided in accordance with all the requirements set out in Chapter IV of the Terms of Contract (hereinafter: "SWZ") and in accordance with the requirements set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract – Annex 2 to the SWZ (for individual tasks).
2. The conditions and rules for the implementation of this contract are also set out in the “proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement to be entered into the public procurement contract” for individual tasks constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
3. The order is divided into 12 tasks (lots).
Task No. 1 - Performing periodic maintenance and repairs of passenger cars and vans with a permissible gross vehicle weight of up to 3.5TThe subject of the contract is to perform periodic maintenance and repairs of 60 pieces of military motor vehicles for the 41st BLSz and units being in supply, i.e.:

The vehicle operator (a given military unit specified above) shall deliver the vehicle to the Contractor's workshop to the address specified in the offer form.
In the event of a failure resulting in the inability to move the vehicle independently, the Contractor is obliged to transport this vehicle to the workshop where the repair meeting the requirements set out in the SWZ will be carried out from the place indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. from the place of stationing of units – Vehicle Users indicated above
Scope of activities for task No. 1:
• periodic maintenance resulting from the mileage or duration of the vehicle's use (indications of the on-board computer, or instructional requirements provided for a given vehicle brand) with the exchange of operating fluids;
• vehicle diagnostics to determine the causes of the fault without carrying out repairs;
• computer diagnostics of the engine and its circuits;
• diagnostics of airbags and curtains;
• repair of the vehicle's electrical system with components;
• steering and chassis repairs;
• brake system repairs;
• repair of the engine and its accessories;
• repair of fuel, AdBlue and air supply system;
• repairs of the power transmission system;
• repair of the vehicle's suspension system;
• replacement of door handles, hinges, rollers of sliding doors;
• upholstery repairs;
• tire repairs and service;
• transport of the vehicle from the places of stationing of military units covered by a given task to the Contractor's workshop (in the event of a failure resulting in the inability to move the vehicle independently).
The selected Contractor with whom the Contracting Authority signs a public procurement contract for a given task must have a civil liability insurance policy (third party liability policy) for a guarantee sum not lower than: for task 1: PLN 50,000.00, including civil liability for business activity in the scope of the subject of the contract.
The contractor is obliged to have the appropriate technical potential, i.e. it should have a car workshop in which the services will be provided, i.e.:
for task No. 1: The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor to perform the service has a car workshop covered by 24-hour personal supervision or alarm or monitoring devices with a minimum of two stations with an inspection channel or a device for lifting the entire vehicle in a way that allows performing maintenance activities, a diagnostic tester (diagnoscope) to carry out full computer diagnostics of vehicles, a device for repairing and replacing tires.
Acting in accordance with Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the employment of persons to perform the contract on the basis of an employment relationship throughout the entire period of performance of the subject of the contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor – i.e. performing the following activities during the performance of the contract, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code – performing maintenance and repair work.
The warranty period for the service provided will be counted from the date of receipt of the vehicle and signing by the parties of the protocol, stating the performance of the service without defects: minimum 12 months, maximum 24 months

• Service in the scope of repair of the HIAB TYPE CRANE - replacement of the wiring harness controlling the operation of the crane from the main arm to the end arm connecting HIABA with the basket, serial number BL099HP00001/911, year of manufacture 2013. Mounted on a Mercedes UNIMOG U 400, Reg. No. UD 01376 Year of Build 2013,
• Service in the scope of repair of portable crane TYPE HIAB - replacement of the electrical wire connecting the computer with the swing controller sensor, and performance of HIABA computer diagnostics with serial number BL099HP00005/909, year of manufacture 2013. Mounted on a Mercedes UNIMOG U 400, Reg. No. UD 01375 year of manufacture 2013
Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor, on the basis of an employment contract, to employ persons performing the following activities during the performance of the contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor throughout the entire period of performance of the subject of the contract, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. – Labour Code: repair activities HIAB cranes mounted on Mercedes UNIMOG U-400 chassis - 2 pcs. Other possible persons who do not perform the activities referred to above do not have to be employed under an employment contract – this remains the responsibility of the Contractor.
The Contractor undertakes to repair the airport equipment within 30 calendar days (in words: thirty) from the date of signing the contract.
The quality guarantee period for the repair service performed and the materials (parts) installed may not be less than 24 months and longer than 48 months.
The quality guarantee period for the repair service and installed materials (parts) will be valid from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without reservations.
The price includes all costs related to the repair, i.e. m.in. costs of travel to the Ordering Party, costs of materials and operating fluids (oils, lubricants) and other parts necessary to perform the repair, man-hours, and if it is necessary to deliver equipment to the Contractor's service station, the costs related to this shall be borne by the Contractor; and any other costs without which performance of the contract would be impossible.
If it is necessary to deliver the equipment to the Contractor's service station, the costs associated with it shall be borne by the Contractor. This cost will not be subject to separate payment.
The Purchaser shall allow the materials and spare parts used for the repair to be new, original or equivalent to the original materials intended for a given type of vehicle or equipment and manufactured in accordance with the specifications and standards set by the equipment manufacturer.
