The subject of the contract is the continuation of supervision over the design and implementation of the Works and the management of the Contract entitled: "Continuation of the design and construction of the S7 expressway from the border of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship to Krakow, section: Widoma junction (without the junction) – Kraków (including the Nowa Huta junction)".

The subject matter of the contract includes the provision of services in the field of continuation of supervision over the design, management and control as well as supervision over the performance of the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract", the subject of which is: "Continuation of the design and construction of the S7 expressway from the border of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship to Krakow, section: Widoma junction (without the junction) – Kraków (including the Nowa Huta junction)".

The performance of the Contract has been divided into Sections:

Section No. 1 – "Continuation of the design and construction of the S7 expressway at km 640+600 to 651+800 together with the construction of access roads DD20a and DD20 b in full scope",

Section No. 2 - "Continuation of the design and construction of the S7 expressway at km 651+800 to 658+896.3 along with the design and implementation of temporary solutions to ensure the incorporation of the S7 route into the existing road and tram network administered by the City of Krakow",

Section No. 3 - "Extension of Kocmyrzowska Street on the section from the junction with the S7 expressway in the S7 district. intersection with Darwina and Poległych Streets in Krzesławice to plot No. 513 rev. 11 Nowa Huta in the Reg. Bukszpanowa Street"

accordance with the Contract Terms and Conditions of the investment task.

The provision of the service of supervising the design, management and control as well as supervising the performance of the Contract on Section No. 3 is covered by the right of Option.

The Contractor's offer should take into account the above-mentioned scope.

The option will be exercised upon written notice within 3 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.

The subject matter of the contract includes the provision of services in accordance with the Agreement, based on GTC and SWK, in particular:

- supervision of the design, verification of the design documentation, its completeness, reciprocal compliance, verification of the results of conducting control calculations in order to find possible errors,

- management, fulfilment of investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate,

- conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the Contracting Authority, including the Director of the Branch, the Project Manager and the communication position in the GDDKiA Branch and the Contractor's representatives,

- fulfillment of reporting obligations arising from EU procedures and cooperating with GDDKiA services in this respect,

- fulfilling the obligations resulting from the procedures contained in the applicable requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and the current procedures of the beneficiary of Projects for OPI&E (or procedures that will be applied in the next EU perspective) (excluding Section No. 3),

- providing an investor supervision service for the implementation of construction works and participation in the Guarantee Reviews and supervising the removal of any faults/defects identified in the warranty reviews within the framework of the concluded Contract,

- supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project,

- supervision of project work and robots in the field of additional tasks necessary for the implementation of the Project resulting during the implementation of the Contract - awarded under the Law of Public Procurement,

- constant monitoring, handling and settling of matters relating to the proper execution by individual Contractors, documents of the Contractor and works at the junction of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant Teams overseeing neighbouring investments - in as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the rules and method of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and construction works. If necessary, the Consultant leading the case of coordination at the junction of Projects will appoint the Contracting Authority.
