Public contract for the provision of alloti insurance services (civil liability, damage to property, car fleet, statutory provident scheme).

Events covered main guarantees: all the guarantees mentioned in the general conditions and also:

- fire, explosions, lightning, smoke,

- impact or fall of all or part of air navigation equipment, space, satellite or meteorite, or objects falling from them,

- impact of all or part of an identified land vehicle,

- natural disasters,

- attacks, vandalism,

- storms, hail, snow,

- electrical and electronic damage,

- liquid damage,

- broken glass,

- theft, attempted theft and property damage,

- breakage of machine: all risks exposures,

- collapse: unsecured guarantee,

- other events,

- all risks except unsubscribed warranties warranties additional to the main and additional warranties: all warranties set out in the general conditions, even optional, are granted except as specified in section 2.4. (Table).

- Guarantees of liability: The cover of the responsibilities enumerated in Article 3 of the General Conditions, which are brought into play by application of the rules of the Civil Code, is automatically granted, without any separate premium. or administrative law. This coverage is granted on all covered events, whether primary warranties or additional warranties:

a) tenant's or occupant's liability to the property owner (rental risks);

B) Owner's liability to the tenant;

C) liability of the holder or custodian;

D) community responsibility towards third parties (neighbors and third parties);

E) insurance on whose behalf he will belong;

F) extensions of guarantees to immaterial damages.

On the basis of the particular conditions and annexes that make up the DCE, by extension of the attached general conditions (DA 1.7.1987), the purpose of this lot is to guarantee the collectivity in all jurisdictions and whatever the applicable code (civil, administrative, rural ...), against the pecuniary consequences of its responsibility in all cases where it would be sought after, including after delivery, due to damage or injury, tangible or intangible to third parties, within the limits of the sums . the guarantee is given to all skills and activities, even the skills that the general conditions classify as "Specific Skills".

Guarantees are granted for industrial, commercial, agricultural or financial activities existing on the effective date of the contract. Only the exclusions specified in article 5 of the general conditions are applicable subject to the derogations provided by the special conditions. The guarantee applies regardless of the nature of the responsibilities, their legal basis or the competent jurisdiction.

This contract covers the following events, provided that the warranty is stipulated acquired. The nature of the warranties subscribed will be determined prior to the notification of the contract. Accident and illness deaths attributable to the long-term sick leave and long-term leave service will be subject to a variant:

- part time therapeutic,

- automatic availability with payment of the coordination allowance,

- automatic availability with payment of the temporary disability allowance, coordination allowance,
