- the construction of a large real estate project, with a possible mixed portage, on a land reserve of several thousand square meters. Particular attention will be paid to the building's architectural signal as well as to its level of energy innovation;

- the co-creation of development and management companies for various activities, and a call for projects intended for private operators;

- the co-creation of a heritage interpretation center;

- the creation of a new support service for SMEs and start-ups in the region, within a Fab-Lab space with metropolitan and regional influence;

- support for the creation of new social and solidarity economy businesses for the management of catering activities, concierge services, management of public spaces, etc.
