The subject of the order is the delivery of the diesel supplier to the service stations in the quantity of:

- the seat of the Ordering Party at Łąkowa Street 10, Ostrów Mazowiecka: ON — 280.000 dm3 +/- 10%, ON Arctic — 30.000 dm3

- the seat of the Ordering Party at Łomżyńska Street 11, Stare Lubiejewo: 130.000 dm3 +/- 10%, ON Arctic — 15.000 dm3

Delivery by transport of fuel oil supplier to the office of the Ordering Party at 16 Olszynowa Street, Ostrów Mazowiecka: 11 thousand dm3 +/- 10%,

Delivery successively according to needs for the period for which the contract was awarded, the price of the franco Ostrów Mazowiecka and Stare Lubiejewo.

The contracting agent has diesel tanks of 11 and 6 thousand dm3 and fuel oil 2 thousand dm3.

The minimum quantities required for one supply of diesel are 3 thousand dm3 and fuel oil 1 thousand dm3.

Diesel must meet the requirements of PN EN 590:2013-12

The heating oil must meet PN C 96024:2001 for group L1
