Compliant Procurement Solutions (CPS) is seeking to establish a new framework agreement to provide fixed, flexible and basket energy procurement solutions for non half hourly electricity, half hourly electricity and natural gas for the benefit of CPS and all UK registered social landlords.

The purpose of the framework agreement will be to select and appoint appropriately licensed energy suppliers within the UK including Northern Ireland.
