A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:

— description of the object of the order - Annex 1 to the SWZ,

— price form — Annex 2 to SWZ,

— the proposed provisions of the contract — Annex 5 to the SWZ.
