This is a joint deal with AIDE.

The purpose of this joint contract, which is complementary to a construction site, consists in evacuating the land from the said site in compliance with the legislation in force in the field.

The land is stored on two separate sites belonging to the Municipality of Jalhay:

- place called “Rasouster” 3 heaps aggregating 2.445m³ and whose mass is estimated at 3,912 tons;

- place called “Bansions” 2 heaps aggregating 6.225 m³ and whose mass is estimated at 9,960 tons;

The five piles, also called “lots”, were the subject of a Land Quality Report (LQT) and obtained a Land Quality Control Certificate (LQTC). Their destinations are authorized sites of use types III, IV and V.

Prior to transfer to the appropriate authorized sites, the land will be screened at the disposal sites.
