Task 1.1: Purchase of IT equipment. As part of the task, the following will be purchased:
1) RACK cabinet – 1 pc.
2) Server – 2 pcs.
3) Operating System from the server – 2 pcs.
4) Matrix - 1 pc.
5) Virtualization - 1 pc.
6) UPS - 1 pc.
7) NAS - 1 pc.
8) Tape libraries - 1 pc.
9) Server room monitoring - 1 pc.
10) Switch 24 T - 1 pc.
11) UTM - 1 pc.
12) Desktop computer with software - 20 pcs.

Task 1.2: Expansion of the Resident Portal:
The task is to modernize the resident portal, where 26 e-Public Services will be launched at high levels of maturity. Modernization of the portal will consist primarily in:

Task 1.3: Launching the Local Government Management Desktop application:
The task is to launch a system for electronic handling of official matters and access to data for employees of the Oleśnica Commune Office. The application will allow access to this data also when the employee will, for example, perform his duties "in the field" thanks to availability via the mobile application. As part of the task, the newly created tool will be integrated with the currently functioning document circulation system, domain systems and the resident portal.

Task 1.4: Modernization of domain systems:
The task consists, in particular, in the integration of modernized domain systems with spatial information systems, the local government management desk application, the EBOI resident portal, and the expansion of existing domain systems with elements that will allow the provision of e-Services planned to be launched. Task 1.5: Spatial Information System:
The task will consist, in particular, in the digitization of the spatial data resource, and the launch of the application of the spatial information system. A detailed Description of the Subject of the Order can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ.
Task 1.6: Launch and integration of e-Services on one platform:
The task will be to launch and integrate all 26 newly created e-Services on a modernized resident portal.

Task 1.7: Conducting an open training in the use of e-Services:
As part of the task, it is planned to conduct an open training (optional webinar) on the use of e-Services for residents of the Oleśnica Municipality, in the Oleśnica Municipality. A detailed Description of the Subject of the Order can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ.
