The purpose of the contract is a complete assignment as author of architectural projects, engineering, building energy performance consulting (PEB) and safety and health coordination, as part of the transformation of a former garage (on the Rue Brichaut plots n°13 and 15) into a building housing a “K&G” nursery 50 beds and a demineralized outdoor area.

This project is being developed by the contracting authority as part of the Petite Colline sustainable district contract.

The purpose of the contract is a complete assignment as author of architectural projects, engineering, building energy performance consulting (PEB) and safety and health coordination, as part of the transformation of a former garage (on the Rue Brichaut plots n°13 and 15) into a building housing a “K&G” nursery 50 beds and a demineralized outdoor area.

This project is being developed by the contracting authority as part of the Petite Colline sustainable district contract.

The sustainable approach of the project will be central and transversal. The contracting authority wants innovative solutions to be implemented. The building must integrate the concepts of sustainable construction, in particular by respecting the energy performance standards in force and by aiming at the implementation of sustainable materials or reuse or from a short circuit. Focus and attention will be given in the choice of construction materials (origin of materials, manufacturing and implementation processes, analysis of the reversible and dismantling character, promoting assembly, etc.).
