The consultation consists of 45 lots in total, and each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 3 candidates. Each lot shall be the subject of a separate framework agreement. Each framework agreement is executed partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuance of purchase orders in accordance with Article R 2162-3 of the Public Procurement Code.

This consultation concerns only lots 4, 5, 8, 28, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 40, as these lots were the subject of a previous unsuccessful procedure or were not awarded due to irregular tenders.

Allotment is carried out by geographical areas and/or by technical bodies. The implementation of each framework agreement will start on the date of notification until 31 December 2024. It may be renewed by tacit agreement 2 times for a period of one year, i.e. until 31 December 2026 at the latest. Each framework agreement is concluded without minimum with a maximum defined per lot.
