1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as nursery works, to be carried out in the Świeradów Forest District in 2019.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and nursery resulting from the ToR and annexes to the ToR.

3) A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the ToR.

3) A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the ToR. Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending the performance of activities tables indicated in individual rows describing the subject of the order. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the number of works in one location, at the expense of reducing the number of works in another location
