For its own sports and news transmissions, VRT would like to call on external satellite capacity for the realization of its programs. For this it will use 2 scenarios and is thus divided into 2 lots:

- Lot 1 : fixed satellite capacity (6 Mhz) with addition of ad hoc capacity on the same transponder

- Lot 2: full ad hoc hiring of satellite capacity to meet needs

For both plots, the proposal of satellites in inclined orbit is not compliant.

After submitting tenders, VRT will decide which scenario will be chosen.

This capacity must be available to us 24/7 on a satellite in permanent allocation

This capacity must be available on demand
