Technical assistance for the implementation of the 2nd UfM Ministerial Declaration on Sustainable Blue Economy in the Mediterranean region, involving tasks such as updating the UfM Roadmap, establishing a Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation system, proposing and calculating indicators, and facilitating communication and dissemination of results through key events

The specific purpose of this contract is to assist in the implementation of the UfM Roadmap on Sustainable Blue Economy and in the implementation of specific activities as follows:

- Update and revise UfM Roadmap for Sustainable Blue Economy.

- Activate and manage Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation system for 2021 UfM Ministerial Declaration.

- Coordinate communication and dissemination of results, engaging in up to four key events.
