1. The subject of the order is to draw up documentation for the development of conservation plans for nature reserves “Imielty Lug” and “Piskory” — II part:

2. The scope of the contract includes the preparation of documentation for the development of conservation plans for the nature reserves “Imielty Lug” and “Piskory”, including:

2.1. First stage — preliminary work [ ... ];

2.2. Phase II — fieldwork + development of the concept of the draft conservation plan for the nature reserve [ ... ];

2.3. Phase III — Complementary fieldwork + development of a draft plan for conservation of nature reserves [...].

1. The subject of the order is to draw up documentation for the development of plans for the protection of the “Imielty Lug” nature reserve.

2. The scope of the contract includes the preparation of documentation for the development of plans for the protection of the “Imielty Lug” nature reserve, including:

2.1. 1st stage (preliminary work):

2.1.1. the collection and verification of available published papers and non-published materials on natural resources occurring in the area of nature reserves, in particular habitats and species subject to the protection of nature reserves, including, among others, scientific publications, inventory of natural municipalities, maps (including historical and current maps), forest planning, water management plans, conservation plans for Natura 2000 areas, inventory and monitoring of plant and animal species and other materials;

2.2. Stage II:

2.2.1. fieldwork + development of the concept of the draft conservation plan for the nature reserve — degree of validation of work on the documentation of the conservation plan at 40% (2021):

(a) the implementation of the fieldwork and the submission of a report on those works by 29 October 2021,

(b) the submission to the Contracting Authority of the draft protection plan in electronic version by 15 September 2021,

(c) the submission of comments by the contracting officer to the preliminary concept of the draft protection plan submitted by 27 September 2021,

(d) submission to the Contracting Authority of a draft conservation plan, together with the Annexes, as amended, as a paper version, in a provisional fixture (1 copy) by 1 October 2021,

(e) the submission of comments by the contracting officer to the proposed concept of the draft protection plan by 15 October 2021,

(f) the submission to the contracting officer of the revised concept of the draft protection plan with the annexes, taking into account all the comments of the contracting officer, as a paper version, in a provisional fixture (1 copy) by 29 October 2021;

2.3. Stage III:

2.3.1. Complementary fieldwork + development of a draft plan for conservation of nature reserves — degree of validation of work on documentation of the conservation plan at 100% (2022):

(a) the implementation of complementary fieldwork and the submission of a report on those works by 31 October 2022,

(b) submission to the contracting authority of the draft protection plan in electronic version by 15 September 2022.

(c) submission of comments by the contracting officer to the submitted documentation of the draft protection plan by 26 September 2022.

(d) submission to the contracting officer of the draft protection plan with the annexes, as amended, in a provisional fixture (1 copy) by 30 September 2022.

(e) the submission of comments by the contracting officer to the submitted documentation of the draft protection plan by 14 October 2022,

(f) the submission to the contracting authority of the final documentation of the draft protection plan with the annexes, taking into account all the comments of the Contracting Authority, in a paper version, in a rigid fixture (3 copies) by 31 October 2022.
