The subject of the contract includes:

- collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the City of Mława, where residents live,

- collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point,

- providing owners of real estate located in the City of Mława, where residents of single-family buildings live, with bags for selective collection of municipal waste.

The service should be provided in accordance with the law, including local law and in accordance with the provisions of the contract – the proposed provisions of the contract (PPU) constitute Annex 3 to the SWZ.
