On behalf of the Hamburg Institute for Vocational Education and Training (HIBB), the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) – Authority for Schools and Vocational Education and Training (BSB) – is writing the conclusion of a contract for training support in the

vocational preparatory school as well as in all other dualised training courses.

The aim of this call for tenders is to find suitable contractors (AN) who will provide training support for young people in the training courses of the vocational preparation school and in the dualised training courses. The implementation of the AvDual, AvM-Dual and BvDual training courses requires systematic training support in the company as well as pedagogical offers outside of school hours to ensure an all-day offer. In addition, the training support service in these and all other courses of study at the vocational preparation school as well as in the dualised training courses ensures the support and accompaniment of adolescents and young adults with special support needs in the form of work assistance.
