Description:

The GMSH manages 560 properties, which are divided into four regional object care areas North, Kiel, West and South-East.

Each area is looked after by regional management offices.

For the managed properties, a framework agreement for the maintenance and servicing of approximately 1 000 air-conditioning systems in 5 lots will be awarded:

- Lot 1 North with approx. 130 plants,

- Lot 2 Kiel with approx. 340 plants,

- Lot 3 West with approx. 250 installations,

- Lot 4 Southeast with about 220 plants,

- Lot 5 Digestories with about 32 plants.
