The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected in a selective manner from owners of real estate inhabited and not inhabited in the Rogowo Commune for a period of 12 months - from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469) with the provisions of the "Waste Management Plan Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship for the years 2016 – 2022 with a perspective for the years 2023 – 2028", adopted by the resolution of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship Sejmik No. XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017 and the provisions resulting from the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Rogowo Commune, as well as other provisions of statutory and local law. In addition, in the municipality there are facilities related to education and culture (schools, common rooms) in the amount of 34, real estate related to business and public utility in the amount of 96, including 634 people. Properties related to seasonal stay in the amount of 48 are used by about 100 people. In the Rogowo Commune there are 4 parish cemeteries in the following towns: Czewujewo, Lubcz, Gościeszyn and Rogowo. The number of residents registered in the Rogowo Commune as of August 31, 2023 is 6,647 people. However, the number of people living (covered by the municipal waste management system) in the Rogowo Commune is 5,533 (as of 31 August 2023). 4) The gmina contains the villages of Rogowo: Budzisław, Bożacin, Cotoń, Cegielnia, Czewujewo, Gałęzewo, Gałęzewko, Gołąbki, Gostomka, Gościeszyn, Gościeszynek, Grochowiska Szlacheckie, Grochowiska Księże, Izdebno, Jeziora, Lubcz, Łaziska, Mięcierzyn, Niedźwiady, Recz, Rogowo, Rogówko, Ryszewo, Rzym, Sarnówko, Skórki, Szkolki, Ustroń, Wiewiórczyn, Wola, Zalesie and Złotniki.
