The Norwegian Centre for ICT in Education invites to the competition to enter into a framework agreement in connection with assistance and consulting assignments in relation to the center's services and project portfolio.

The framework agreement is divided into five parts that cover consulting in the following sub-areas:

1. Enterprise architecture and standardization,

2. Identity management,

3. Technical Infrastructure,

4. Information security,

5. Project management (which also includes the following elements: project administration, project support, process management and facilitation).

The assignments which are assigned within the different parts of the framework agreement will be a mix of smaller short-term assignments and larger long-term assignments, dependent on the Awarding Authority's resource needs.
