- Support and maintenance services for all 3 print shop versions,
- printing of insurance cards,
- Dispatch to purchaser BG ETEM is in charge of tendering these services for the following accident insurance institutions (UVT) as consumers:

Insured persons often do not know the statutory accident insurance and its benefits. It follows from this that they also do not know who their responsible accident insurance institution is. On the one hand, this lack of knowledge has practical disadvantages, for example if the insured cannot tell a doctor who is responsible for their UV protection. On the other hand, this ignorance also leads to a lack of public awareness of the statutory accident insurance. This makes communication more difficult, for example when recruiting young people.
The insurance card is a communication tool to improve the information of the insured. The plan is to produce a card in the format of a business card. The cards should provide information about the responsible insurance provider (e.g. contact options) and contain a key statement on the accident insurance mandate. Personal data of the insured should not be included. Each carrier decides independently about the contents of the card. The aim is to distribute as many cards as possible to insured persons via the member companies.
The card can be used as a positive image carrier both for the accident insurance institution and for the company itself. Accompanying communication measures (flyers, etc.) are also planned. These accompanying communication measures are not part of this tender.
