The objective of the tender notice is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy support in connection with the migration of Altinn 2 services for Altinn 3 and new services for Altinn 3.

In the framework agreement, there will also be a need for consultancy support in connection with a new reception system and necessary integrations related to Altinn 3.

The framework agreement will include both ordinary Altinn forms/apps and other types of services related to Altinn.
