VDAB is looking for suppliers of articulated lifts for VDAB training as a lifting machinist. VDAB wishes to conclude a framework agreement with several contractors per plot, whereby each assignment will be placed on the basis of a mini-competition.

The duration of the framework agreement shall not exceed six years. The basic assignment is four years. After the initial term, VDAB may decide to tacitly extend the contract twice for one year each.

The starting date of the framework agreement shall be indicated in the letter at the conclusion of the framework agreement.

Specifically, it concerns the following machines (per plot):

- Lot 1: An (all-in) operational lease over 10 years (including insurance, maintenance and repairs) of articulated lifts with a height of 16 m for 2 people.

- Lot 2: An (all-in) operational lease over 10 years (including insurance, maintenance and repairs) of Articulated Lifts with 16 m height for 2 people, electric variant.

Place of delivery: The delivery of the machines must take place in four VDAB training centres: in Bilzen and/or Herentals and/or Roeselare and/or Zottegem.
