1. The subject of the contract is the performance of repairs in the P4 maintenance level of diesel rail buses of the VT627 series and works going beyond the permanent scope of repair in the P4 maintenance level, including filling in the gaps.
2. The subject of the contract includes repairs of 4 diesel rail buses of the VT627-101, 102, 104, 105 series.
1. The detailed manner of performing the contract is specified in the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ and in the annexes to the PPU.
2. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be provided by the Contractor, which has implemented a quality management system based on the IRIS standard (ISO/TS 22163) for the maintenance of railway vehicles. The subject of the contract should be carried out in compliance with standards in terms of quality, reliability and technical safety, in accordance with such a standard.
3. The Ordering Party requires for each entire rail bus after repair in the P4 maintenance level to provide a quality guarantee for a period of at least 12 months, counting from the date of signing the commission acceptance protocol of a given rail bus.
4. The Ordering Party requires the completion of the order by 31 December 2022.
4. The Ordering Party requires repair in the P4 maintenance level of each rail bus, within no more than 55 calendar days, counting from the date of handing over the rail bus for repair.

15. If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the Republic of Poland, instead of:
a) information from the KRK, referred to in Section III.1.3 point 14 point a) of the Announcement – submits information from odp. a register, such as a court register, or, in the absence of such a register, another equivalent document issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority of the country in which the Contractor is established, to the extent referred to in Section III.1.3, point 14(a) of the Notice,
b) information from the Central Register of Beneficial Owners referred to in Section III.1.7 point c) of the Announcement - submits information from the relevant register containing information on its beneficial owners or, in the absence of such a register, another equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country in which wyk. has its registered office or place of residence, specifying its beneficial owners,
c) the certificate referred to in Section III.1.8 point d), a certificate or other document confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with the payment of social or health insurance contributions referred to in Section III.2.2 point e, or a copy or information from the National Court Register or from the CEIDG referred to in Section VI.3 point f) – submits a document or documents issued in the country, in which Wyk. has its registered office or place of residence, certifying, as appropriate, that:
(a) has not breached obligations relating to the payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance contributions,
(b) its liquidation has not been opened, its bankruptcy has not been declared, its assets are not managed by a liquidator or court, it has not entered into an arrangement with creditors, its business activity is not suspended or it is not in any other situation of this kind resulting from a similar procedure provided for in the provisions of the place where the procedure is opened,
16. The dock referred to in point 15 point a) should be issued no earlier than 6 months before its submission. The dock referred to in point 15(b), (c) should be issued no earlier than 3 months before their submission,
17. Provisions regarding documents if in the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence, the documents referred to in point 15 are not issued. IX sec. 14 point 6 SWZ.
18. Wyk., which consists in the technical or professional abilities or financial situation of entities providing resources on the terms set out in Article 118 of the PPL Act, presents the subjective means of proof referred to in Section III.1.3 point 14 points a), c) to g) Announcements concerning these entities, confirming that there are no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings provided for in relation to the Contractor,
19) To entities providing resources on the terms set out in Article 118 of the PPL Act, having their registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of points 15-17 shall apply accordingly.
