1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of “Modernization of lighting in the Municipality of Radymno together with the maintenance service”, including:

stage I - replacement of lighting (dismantling of existing fixtures, delivery and installation of lamp fixtures with LED light source),

stage II - maintenance and operation of equipment subject to the contract.

The scope of the contract includes:

replacement of existing lighting fixtures for lighting fixtures with LED light source with equipment set 1232. The subject of the order must be measured on the basis of Annex 1 to the SWZ offer form — Cost calculation. List of illumination points

in individual measurement systems according to lamp power and by road categories in the Radymno Municipality as at May 2021, it is annexed 5.4 to the SWZ.

execution of an as-built map inventory with the location points of the listed luminaires with their designation in paper and electronic version,
