Description:
Design and build construction works in the system as part of the project entitled: "Reconstruction and extension of the existing system of coastal fortifications at the height of Mielno"

The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction work on the principles of "design-build" on the design called "Reconstruction and expansion of the existing system of coastal fortifications at the height of the town of Mielno."

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works on the principles of "design-build" on the design called "Reconstruction and extension of the existing system of coastal fortifications at the height of the town of Mielno".

2. The Contractor's obligation is the comprehensive design, execution and commissioning along with the effective obtaining of a permit decision for the use of sea shore protection structures on 297.700 - 300.380 km of sea shore according to UM and artificial supply on 299.700 - 299.420 km of sea shore according to UM.

3. The scope of construction works includes the following hydrotechnical building elements:

3.1 renovation of edge spur complex - 36 items

3.2 refulation, artificial debris supply in an amount of at least 100,000 m 3 ,.

3.3 construction of a heavy type erratic band with a length of approx. 450 m,

3.4 modernization of the existing coastal band on km 299.420 - 300.010 according to the Maritime Office in Słupsk (UM),

3.5. modernization of the existing shore band at km 300,010 - 300,260 according to the Maritime Office in Słupsk (UM),

3.6 modernization of the existing coastal band at km 300.260 - 300.380 according to the Maritime Office in Słupsk (UM).

4. The kilometer kilometers of the sea shore indicated in point 3 are for orientation purposes. When determining the value of the subject of the contract, the variability of boundary conditions and partial deformation of the edge in its course should be taken into account. In total, approx. 36 shore spurs, approx. 100 m in length, as well as 1,410.00 m in construction and modernization of shorebands as well as refulation in the amount of min. 100,000 sq m 3 .

5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was included in the Functional and Utility Program, hereinafter referred to as "PFU", constituting Annex 10 to the ToR.

6. The scope of works ordered to the Contractor, as specified in PFU, includes in particular:

6.1. preparation of a complete design concept;

6.2. complete set of construction documentation;

6.3. complete set of executive documentation;

6.4. obtaining all arrangements, permits, permits and administrative decisions in the scope of execution of construction works, acceptance and use of completed buildings, and performance of information boards;

6.5. establishment and ongoing maintenance of construction documentation;

6.6. conducting preparatory and security works, including the construction of a temporary exit to the beach on the west side of the sea fishing harbor;

6.7. carrying out demolition and cleaning works;

6.8. execution of sapper works;

6.9. performance of works and construction works;

6.10. preparation of complete as-built documentation for the works carried out and other technical documentation necessary to obtain an effective occupancy permit;

6.11. exercising warranty supervision.

7. The required period of quality guarantee and warranty for the subject of the contract is 60 months. 8. In the event that the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) is indicated in the description of the subject of the order and in the PFU, the Awarding Entity allows equivalent products with quality parameters and performance characteristics, at least at the level of the parameters of the indicated product. Equivalent materials are understood as materials with technical and quality parameters not worse or better than those given in the functional and utility program. In this situation, the Employer requires the submission of relevant documents at the stage of works execution, confirming the equivalence of these materials or devices.

9. According to art. 30 paragraph 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer allows the Contractor to apply solutions equivalent to those described in the studies by means of standards, approvals or reference systems.
