For the provision of Estate cleaning services to communal areas of the Barnsbury Housing estate which comprises of general social housing schemes, and leasehold schemes spilt over 25 blocks.

Cleaning services include day-to-day routine cleaning of all communal and external areas (floors and other surfaces), including all fixtures and fittings, periodic cleaning (such as window cleaning, jet washing, steam cleaning), moving bulk waste from the estate to the designated areas and other ad-hoc responsive and emergency cleaning tasks
