Underwriting and management of automobile fleet and auto mission insurance contracts.

The purpose of this contract is to select service providers, responding to the subject of the invitation to tender. As part of the information to be taken into account by the candidates appear:

- the vehicle fleet stopped on 9.4.2020;

- Vilogia's 2018 activity report for Vilogia.

Vilogia SA HLM will send the selected candidates a technical specification, claim statistics, as well as the entire consultation dossier necessary for the drafting of their offer. The only candidates admitted to appear are insurance companies or mutuals with qualifications and approval. It is in particular required that the candidates are adherent, with the taking effect of the market and during all its duration, with the convention IDA - IRSA. It should be noted that Vilogia made a formal call for tenders for the brokerage, advice and assistance with procurement for its insurance contracts. As such, MARSH SAS has been exclusively mandated by Vilogia to provide this service under its Automobile Fleet and Auto Missions cover and, consequently, supports Vilogia in particular for the subscription of its insurance contracts, contract management and claims. The insurance company or the beneficiary mutual insurance company has or will necessarily grant a delegation of management to MARSH SAS.
