Essentially, the following services are to be performed:

- approx. 1 300 m 2 Classrooms (resilient floor coverings),

- approx. 300 m 2 Administrative rooms (resilient floor coverings),

- approx. 125 m 2 WCs (tiles),

- approx. 1 900 m 2 Hallways,

- approx. 1 450 m 2 DG technical rooms,

- approx. 220 m 2 other technical rooms

- including fixed and loose furniture (built-in cupboards, tea kitchens, classroom and administrative room furniture, etc.),

- approx. 800 m 2 Glass facade surfaces,

- approx. 600 m 2 Facade surfaces.

The Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen district is carrying out the general renovation of the Geretsried school center. For this purpose, the services announced here and to be provided in the course of the procurement for the construction cleaning in the 3rd construction phase (BA3) are required (see II. 1.4).
