The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of periodic inspections, tightness tests, maintenance and servicing of air conditioning and room ventilation systems in the buildings of Enea Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. in the location of Świerże Górne, in accordance with Part II of the SWZ.

The scope includes all activities related to the conduct of technical service, maintenance, removal of defects and failures, as well as post-warranty repairs of devices included in air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. The aim is to maintain the devices in full technical efficiency, ensure the continuity of system operation and provide the Ordering Party with current information on the parameters and technical condition of the devices.
