The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Żurawica Commune in 2023.
As part of the contract, the Contractor will perform comprehensive services in the field of acceptance and development
municipal waste, both mixed and separately collected, regardless of
weather conditions from the area of the Żurawica Commune from all inhabited properties and facilities
public utility of the Municipalities of Żurawica, (non-segregated municipal waste collected in containers
KP7 and in bags) (segregated municipal waste collected in containers and bags).
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Żurawica Commune in 2023.
2. As part of the contract, the Contractor will provide comprehensive services in the field of acceptance and development
municipal waste, both mixed and separately collected, regardless of
weather conditions from the area of the Żurawica Commune from all inhabited properties and facilities
public utility of the Municipalities of Żurawica, (non-segregated municipal waste collected in containers
KP7 and in bags) (segregated municipal waste collected in containers and bags).
3.The collection and management of municipal waste shall be carried out in such a way as to ensure that
appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and
with a reduction in the weight of biodegradable municipal waste. Mixed municipal waste,
bio-waste and sorting residues destined for storage must be handed over to the installation
municipal, included in the list of functioning and planned for construction, expansion or
modernization of municipal installations in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship referred to in Article 38b
Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).
4. All vehicles receiving and transporting waste shall comply with at least the EURO 4 emission standards according to the European
exhaust emission standard, delivery of containers and bags for municipal waste to property owners
and maintaining containers in an appropriate sanitary and technical condition.
5. All activities should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with: - the Act of 14 December 2012.

6. The order also includes: - Collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Collection Point
Municipal Waste located in wyszatyce. - Cleaning and keeping clean
and emptying containers at the Cyclists' Service Point in Bolestraszyce (opposite
Arboretum). - Cleaning and keeping clean and emptying containers (bags) in stadiums and
sports facilities in the Żurawica Municipality. 7. The detailed scope and conditions of performance of the contract shall be specified in the
Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) - which is attached as Annex 9 to the SWZ
