South Liverpool Housing Group (SLH) is requesting tenders utilising the Fusion21 Fee Model in line with the ‘Client Requirements’ their programme of compressive service contracts. This project will be based on the attached schedule of address. These address lists list where the properties are likely to be service and maintenance and it is envisaged that the initial programme will start October 2016 completing 31.3.2019 with options to extend for a further 2 years based on performance
