The Procurement Services of the City of Turku will request tenders for craft and visual arts supplies and yarns to be procured for the use of the City of Turku and the contracting entities mentioned in this invitation to tender for the period 1.4.2023 (target) - 1.12.2024, after which, by decision of the client, the contract can be extended on the original terms for the period 1.1.2025 - 31.1.2026.

The subscriber does not commit to a specific purchase amount or value.

The procurement consists of two (2) sub-entities:

1. Arts and crafts supplies

2. Threads

The tenderer may submit a tender for one or both areas.

A framework agreement on procurement is concluded with one supplier by sub-area.
