Project management with project management tasks, level 1-5 AHO
As part of the structural target planning for the Eichhof Police Centre, the conversion of laboratory buildings 11 and 13 into a primary office use is to take place. The implementation of the construction project is to take place in two successive construction phases.
Due to current findings in the context of the inventory of BUILDING services with regard to fire protection and existing pollutants, it is assumed that the buildings will be cored. All construction measures are related to the interim outsourcing of existing areas of use and the associated, partly room-specific relocation concept. Furthermore, preliminary construction measures to ensure the technical functional maintenance of the building remaining in operation are to be assumed.
As part of the construction project, modern office and working environments are to be established at the Eichhof Police Centre. In this context, the small-scale office structure is adapted in favor of an open, flexible floor plan structure, which is accompanied by considerable structural interventions in the building substance. As part of the planning, the extension of the existing buildings by 2 new storeys must also be examined.
The implementation of the construction project will take place as described above in two successive construction phases and taking into account a relocation and, if necessary, interim concept for the construction period to be developed together with the planner. However, both the building planning as well as tendering and awarding of contracts takes place across buildings and at the same time. A construction window of approx. 2 years is planned for each section of construction and thus a total construction period of 4 years.
