VE15 Metal construction work: PR façade, windows

The city of Büdelsdorf intends to build a new school building on the existing building for the 'Asrid-Lindgren-Grundschule' at the Büdelsdorf site. The new building will have classrooms and an auditorium. For the new building, an older part of the building was demolished and the site cleared. The plot has an area of about 20,200 m². The property of the Astrid Lindgren Primary School is located

in a central location. The planned new building is two-storey and L-shaped. The total dimensions are 75 m and 45 m in length, each about 23 m in width. The cantilever of the upper floor on the west side forms a covered entrance.

Execution in solid construction. Load-bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete, parts in masonry.

The ceilings are made of reinforced concrete. Extensively green flat roof with external drainage.

Perforated façade with ribbon window, mullion-transom façade and facing masonry.

Performances include:

- Approx. 450 m2 windows, aluminium with inserted window elements partly KvD, fixed glazing, skylights, window sills aluminium, front slats aluminium

- Venetian blinds outside, aluminium,

- Approx. 250 m2 PR façade aluminium in 7 different Element sizes with inserted doors, windows

- Approx. 73 m2 PR façade steel as 1 corner element, window sills outside and inside aluminium,

- Approx. 67 m2 curtain wall with aluminium flat sheet
