1. Information on the construction project
- General description:
As part of the small construction project fire protection technical upgrading of the Nordufer 20 property in Berlin-Wedding
The fire protection requirements for buildings and technical systems are to be implemented.
The following measures are planned:
Inventory of electrical installation and reporting systems
The extension of the fire alarm system for early fire detection in line ducts
The supply of electromechanical components as well as their control and monitoring
Lightning protection system
The modernization of the home alarm system
The elimination of deficiencies identified by the auditing expert
In addition, property protection measures have to be implemented:
gate equipment with raid detector to police (UEMA), access control system, bell/intercom, intrusion alarm system (EMA)
Basic and safety power supply as well as lighting in the newly built access building
Installation of outdoor lighting on the entire property complemented by alarm lighting
Intrusion alarm system (EMA)
Invigorator alarm system (UEMA)
Video surveillance system (VUEA)
Independent power supply
The measures of plant group 5 are functionally and temporally related to the planned measures in existing buildings (see section 4 of the appendix task description).
