The subject of the contract is the supply of daily- 24-hour electricity with a rated voltage of 230/400 V at a frequency of 50 Hz during 12 months for the purposes of the Municipality of Oława in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act and implementing acts to this act in an estimated amount of 2 890 215 kWh including:

1) the amount of energy for buildings (ppe described in the ante.A) — 1 545 241 kWh

2) the amount of energy for street lighting (ppe described in al.B) - 1 344,974 kWh

A detailed list of ppe and additional information is included in Annex No A (List of contracting objects and subordinate units — buildings) and Annex B (List of contracting objects and subordinate units - street lighting) to this SWZ.
