The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of transport and transport of disabled children and young people (including wheelchair users) from their place of residence to schools and specialist education institutions (hereinafter referred to as "educational institutions") and their transport from educational institutions to their places of residence, together with the provision of care during transport, in the school years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport and transport services for disabled children and young people (including wheelchair users) from their place of residence to schools and specialist training institutions (hereinafter referred to as 'educational institutions') and their transport from educational institutions to their places of residence, together with the provision of care during transport, in the school years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025. 2. The Contractor will provide transport services for disabled children and youth in accordance with the following list: 1) transport of children from places of residence to educational institutions – 89 people 2) transport of children from educational institutions to places of residence – 89 people 3) number of school days in which deliveries and drop-offs will be carried out: a) school year 2023/2024: 186 b) school year 2024/2025: 188 4) Estimated number of vehicles necessary to operate the recommended delivery routes: 25 5) Total length of recommended delivery routes: a) daily 1164.50 km b) total 435523.00 km 3. Transport of disabled children and young people will take place in hours enabling them to participate in classes in individual educational institutions, in accordance with the school schedule, on all school days, in the period from 04.09.2023 to 27.06.2025, except for public holidays, holiday breaks, winter holidays and closures of educational institutions. 4. Transport of disabled children and young people will be carried out from Monday to Friday. In the morning, transport of disabled children and young people must be carried out from their address of residence to a given educational institution, and after classes from a given educational institution to their address of residence. 5. During the performance of the service, only disabled children and young people transported to and from educational institutions may stay in vehicles, apart from the driver and guardian. Transport of other persons is possible after obtaining the consent of the ordering party. 6. The Contracting Authority informs that it allows adjustment of the mileage and number of delivery routes specified in the description of the subject of the contract to the fleet of vehicles at the contractor's disposal, provided that other requirements indicated in the SWZ and the draft contract are met. 7. Detailed information on the subject of the contract, including the requirements for the performance of the service, the place of collection of disabled children and youth, addresses of educational institutions to which disabled children and youth should be transported, recommended transport routes, their length and number of courses performed, are specified in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ and in the draft contract, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
