DTU wants to conduct a study of the population's diet, physical activity and obesity in the Nordic countries, including Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland. The project will be called NORMO 2023.
The data collection will be carried out in autumn 2023 with nationals aged 7-12 years and 18-65 years residing in the participating countries. Participants shall be drawn as a simple random sample of central population registers.
In total, at least 500 valid interviews among 7-12 year olds and at least 1000 valid interviews among 18-65 year olds must be collected in each country in the period October-November 2023.

The data collection will be carried out in autumn 2023 with nationals aged 7-12 years and 18-65 years residing in the participating countries.
Participants shall be drawn as a simple random sample of central opulation registers. The survey must be representative of gender, age, education and, as far as possible, also of other socioeconomic parameters, as well as geography (distributed throughout the country). Participants must provide written consent for participation in the survey.
During the fulfillment of the agreement, DTU has the overall project management and primary contact with the Tenderer. DTU is also country coordinator for Denmark. In the other four Nordic countries, there is a country coordinator in each country who is the contact person for the supplier and will act as a partner before and during the data collection, including in relation to planning interviewer instruction.

The collected data for all countries is delivered in a single file to DTU and placed according to standardized data cleaning and quality assurance at Sciencedata.dk.
